Salone del Mobile.Milano 2018: large turnout and growing business
The very positive result of the 57th edition of the Salone del Mobile.Milano, both in terms of turnout and quality of business relationships, confirms the attractive force and the capacity for involvement and emotion perceived from the first day in the fair pavilions 434,509 admissions, in 6 days, from 188 countries, with an increase of 17% compared to the 2016 edition, which proposed the same biennials dedicated to the kitchen and bathroom, and 26% compared to that of 2017.
An edition that showed, once again, how much the Salone del Mobile is not just an exhibition activity, but it is, above all, the representation of how the culture of enterprise and the ability to work in a team of a sector and its creative and productive fabric can produce excellence.
An edition, the 57th, in which the enthusiasm and the desire of all the involved actors to commit themselves to maintain the centrality of the event with respect to the international scenario of the events dedicated to furniture and design have resounded, stronger than ever.
1,841 exhibitors, of which 27% from 33 countries, divided between the Salone Internazionale del Mobile, the International Furnishing Accessories Exhibition, EuroCucina and
International Bathroom Exhibition, to which are added the 650 designers under 35 of SaloneSatellite – three of which have been awarded the SaloneSatellite Award.
